How to monitor HDD (disk io) via snmp cacti?

Good day!
I ask for help, there is a remote server (Ubuntu linux) from which you need to take statistics
Load on CPU, RAM, Network load, performance and disk load (disk io).
Version cacti 0.8.8b
Tried the plugin http://docs.cacti.net/usertemplate:data:host_mib:d... Everything was fine.
And tried forums.cacti.net/about8777.html .
The result is the same:
Plugin receives data

but the graphs are empty.
Maybe someone will tell you where to dig or a working way to remove disk io from a remote server.
The CPU and RAM load graphs work fine.
