Notebook ASUS K75V - when you turn on the screen lights up only 10-20 times - what could be?

Good day to all!

The problem with the ASUS K75V laptop - when turned on, power is supplied to the disks, USB ports, the power button is on, but the screen lights up only after 10-20 forced switching on and off. Those. the cable to the monitor, apparently, is in order. I connected an external monitor via VGA, but it was not possible to get an image on it (if it was).

I removed the bottom cover, noticed that the fan (pictured) turns on for a few seconds, then stops rotating - I don’t know if it should be like this or not?

In general, the question is - what can block the screen from turning on?

It can be anything from a small thing like some kind of capacitor to a serious problem like a broken chip. I recommend not to look at the photo, but to carry it to the service.
