Notebook - analogue of OneNote

Hello, such a question:

I need a notebook, with:

  • a tree, not stupid sections and tabs;
  • opportunities:
    • insert a sign
    • write anywhere on the sheet
    • make diagrams on the spot
    • + all the delights of rtf/html;
  • the ability to link and store files would not hurt;
  • local storage;
  • preferably free/open source;
  • at least some import from OneNote is desirable.

At one time, I was also looking for an analogue, but alas. You won't find a complete replacement for all the cool goodies from OneNote. Unless something has been written in the last six months. After using analogues, the feeling “No, no, it was cooler there” still arises.
