For some time they used Yandex for corporate mail with their own domain. We decided to switch to G Suite. We made all the settings according to the instructions (MX records, etc.).
G Suite mail has earned, sends and receives letters from all popular services (Google, Outlook, Mail.Ru). But from Yandex (from any address, regular Yandex or other corporate mail on Yandex) letters do not go to G Suite mail. Return mail An undelivered message.
What can be wrong?
The domain is still in Ya.Connect (how to remove it from there is impossible to understand), but hosting on Yandex no longer leads. More than 3 days have passed. All MX and other records were to take effect. Yandex does not "release" the domain?
