Not receiving notifications from Facebook, what should I do?

I follow the person and their post (comments) and reactions (likes). All notifications are enabled in the application, but so far only notifications about recommended people are coming (and then only in the application, and not at the system level, that is, in the form of PUSH notifications). Notifications are enabled in the system settings, as well as background data transfer and background activity.

Device - SAMSUNG A51 (Android 11, One UI 3.1). The application version is 331.1.0.29.117.
