Why don't facebook likes work for some users of this social network?

Initially, a complaint was received from the content manager that facebook likes did not work on the site.
In the process of working through the problem, it became clear that this happens only on some accounts of the social network. For example, in one browser I logged in from 2 accounts in turn and the likes worked on one, but not on the other.
Accordingly, for these 2 accounts Open Graph debugger : for a working account it gave out normal information, and for a problem one: Error parsing input URL, no data was scraped.
Today I encountered such a problem on another site (another domain) ...
Has anyone encountered this problem? Are there any ideas why this is happening?
