Facebook API posts via SDK are only visible to me. How to open them to everyone?

Created an application and a business page. I want to post through the api, if you believe the dock, then if I have the role of the owner everywhere, then the application does not need to be published and the rights are automatically assigned to me. I get the user token and set up the script. Everyone is fasting, but the posts are not visible to other users. Visible only to me, although there is a planet icon (visible to everyone).
There was a theory that the application should be published. But when publishing, all rights fly off. When I try to get the manage_pages and publish_pages permissions, which are needed according to the doc, I get an incorrect permissions error. Let me remind you that the goal is to post only to yourself, on one of your pages.
Where to dig? how to make posts visible to everyone?
UPD
It seems that the problem is not in the application, the problem is in the settings somewhere. Can someone tell me how to post correctly publications. Placed not according to api, are visible to guests. Not visible by api even after subscribing
