How to make authorization in social networks through a native application?

Can I authorize on the site through the installed mobile application?
For example, I go to the site through safari, click to enter, I am transferred to the installed VK or FB application, where I click confirm.
I tried to specify via the link:
For FB:

The application opens but gives an error that the URL is invalid. In the settings I added to the available ones, it does not help.
Can someone come across this?
