I saw several times on the stock exchange with customers such a requirement for performers - "... the project requires a real specialist, not a studio and not a beginner ."
I became very interested in this condition.
That is, the customer wanted one executor for the project, but the executor was a real specialist in his field.

But why doesn't the client also want a studio ?

2) Taxes
3) Managers / accounting / secretaries
4) Smoke breaks for all employees from paragraph 3.
