Normative documentation on color marking of patch panels, boxes and other things?

Help me find, if it exists at all in our country , SNIP or GOST regulations for the construction of low-voltage networks, namely, for the color layout of patch panels ... Are there any regulations for the color scheme.
Cable 25x2x0.5 is used.

I could be wrong, but they don't seem to be. There are restrictions on the cross-section / braid of the cable for certain applications (such as fire and security, gas alarms).
When we pulled the wires ourselves, we were guided by ISO 11801, there were no problems with the inspectors.

Do you mean the order in which the colors in the patch panel are sewn up? We usually standard blue-orange-green-brown-grey, see www.ossg.ru/wiki/Admin/Colour %20%20cables
