Noob needs help. How to pull some images from layout?
Hello. I'm a beginner coder, I've already made a couple of sites, it seemed to work out well, but I took some sites that were too light. Now I found a layout, for me, it’s quite tricky in some places. Requiring js. I downloaded the layout and started typing. Reached the dots in the background and explosions on the left and right. I usually export images using layer duplication followed by trimming or using export as..., and save as svg through Adobe Illustrator.
Problems with layers explotion. When saving, the background is black, and on the layout it is clearly seen that it overlaps the LOREM inscription on BG, so its z-index is higher.
In general, the first time I stopped while parsing the layout. Help me please. I threw a link from the dropbox to the layout

The black background cannot be avoided. Because The layer settings are set to Lighten.
Those. the designer took this "explosion" from the Internet on a black background, and in the styles set the black color to become transparent. As far as I know, layout cannot do the same.
