I can’t find it ...

Is there anything similar for sale at all?
Range - for example, from 10 to 50 C.
Resolution - 0.1 C.
Error - no worse than 0.3 C.
Output - voltage, current or any interface from ftp to I²C.

Ultraviolet, infrared or some other - it doesn't matter.
