Noindex for html sitemap

Good afternoon.
A bit strange question, but I did not find the answer on the Internet.
Do I need to do noindex (but not nofollow) for html sitemap?
That's how it is here bambolo.ru/sitemap.htm
I'm afraid that search engines will lead to this page by request, and not to the target one.
Or I'm wrong? how right?

To be sure, you can disable indexing ( noindex), but allow following links ( follow):

<meta name="robots" content="noindex,follow" />

The author of these lines, for example, does this for a list of blog posts .

You don’t need to close it with a no-index, it’s unlikely that search engines don’t know that a sitemap is a sitemap :)
You shouldn’t even fool around
Yes, and in any case, it won’t be so difficult to replace the relevant page later (well, if SUDDENLY SUDDENLY) the sitemap will start to crawl out in the search results instead of the necessary pages

A sitemap, on the other hand, helps search engines find and index all the pages on your site. And it is unlikely to be more relevant than the pages it links to.
