No sound, windows 10, sound services not responding?
Good afternoon
After an emergency shutdown of the computer (plugs knocked out) - the sound on the computer disappeared.
OS - Windows 10. Diagnostics gives: "Sound services are not responding"
The services are running and did not turn off. Tried to restart.
Driver reinstalled.
There are two devices on the computer that can play sound: speakers through the built-in sound card and through the monitor (HDMI through the video card). Diagnostics on both devices gives the same result. The first 10 pages of Google or Yandex advise you to roll back / reinstall the drivers (done), delve into the settings (everything is in order there).
In the device manager - everything is in order, the devices are working fine.
The peculiarity of the problem is that it is not related to the sound device (because there are two different, different drivers).
Help me please!

The problem turned out to be Avast antivirus. After removing it and starting the problem solving service, the sound appeared. Thanks
Turn off the computer completely, including from the outlet. Reset BIOS settings. Wait 10-15 minutes. Re-enable and boot into safe mode - if enabled, if not, reboot it into safe mode from Shift+Shutdown. Remove sound devices. Reboot to normal mode. Wait for installation. Check it out.
