No sound on Kubuntu, setting alsa doesn't help. What is the problem?

Decided to put Linux as the second OS. I have Windows on an SSD, I installed Linux on a hard one.
First I installed Kali and there was no sound, I reinstalled, only a different version - 2019. There was no sound, and no.
I tried to fix the problem: I reinstalled Alsa, set up the mixer, edited something and replaced it with "on" in the text document.
I spent half a day, I decided to transfer to Xubuntu. The problem is identical.
What is the problem? I already installed Ubuntu and Mint on my old hard drive, with the same hardware. However, now I'm using a different drive, and such problems appeared.

Most likely, the system sees my headphones, because when playing audio, I hear a dull sound, identical to when I connect to a computer / phone with headphones on (such a short, bass connection sound)

If pavucontrol is not installed, then install it, run it, play with outputs and switches.
