How to set latency for merged audio interfaces in Mac OS X?

Hey! The essence of the question is in the title. Let me explain. There is Mac OS X El Capitan, there are two audio outputs, there are two stereo systems. When you create a "Multi-Output Device" in the Audio-MIDI Setup utility and check two physical outputs, there is some delay on one of the outputs, causing the two stereos to echo. Hence the question, are there any software tools for adjusting the delay between two audio outputs in Mac OS X. There is a hard version in the form of a splitter, but still, are there ways to solve the problem with software?
