No browser works on WebKit
The problem is in the title. When you start Chrome and Yandex.Browser, they hang and cut down, I installed a fresh Opera - the same problem. Chrome is not cut down immediately, but does not load pages for several minutes and thinks over each button for a long time. Firefox and IE work fine. Windows 7 x64, antivirus off.

I will not be original, but it is worth starting with the phrase “antivirus is turned off” and asking the question “Why?”
After Windows update? So, there are several new OS kernel updates and they break popular activators and because of this most of the programs stop working. Updates are removed with a few simple commands:
wusa.exe /uninstall /kb:2882822
wusa.exe /uninstall /kb:2872339
wusa.exe /uninstall /kb:2859537
I don't know if it will help or not. I had a similar glitch on my Mac. It turned out that all chromiums keep some data on the browser in one place. Accordingly, there was some kind of glitch, the data was erased, all browsers worked together.
I, like you, have Windows 7 x64 and all Windows updates are completely installed - everything works fine despite the “extra” updates for someone. So the VoidVolker hypothesis is just a hypothesis.
But once on my laptop, too, everything went crazy. Uninstalling chrome and reinstalling helped. All stubs and saved autocomplete data are preserved, since I had a sync through my Google account. As a nice bonus, at the same time, the place in the moidos is specifically cleaned, since all chrome updates and a lot of temporary files are stored there from the moment of the first installation (and most likely the cause of your problem is somewhere in the insides of this dump).
