No Bootable Device error. How to fix?

Acer, reinstalled Windows 10 from SSD to HDD. Erase all SSD partitions including OEM and EFI. I thought that since Winda is on the HDD, then nothing bad will happen. But after rebooting the laptop, the message "No Bootable Device" popped up. In the BIOS, I could not change the Boot Mode boot mode from UEFI to Legacy, since there is no Legacy item.

@Obychnyykoder

You need to create a new partition.
create-efi-boot-partition-1.gif
And then create a boot record on it with the command:
bcdboot X:\windows
where X: is the disk with Windows.
create-efi-boot-partition-2.gif
Then check the fact that files have been created on the efi partition and you can boot into Windows.
