Night light with low power consumption?

Good evening. In a long corridor and when you go to the kitchen, you can kill yourself - prntscr.com/5uicm0,I sketched a little, there is a lamp there, but keeping it constantly on is somehow not very profitable, you don’t go there all the time, but in order to turn it on by the time you reach it, consider it already reached the kitchen and you don’t need to turn on the light there already, I thought maybe what kind of light bulb to put that will be at least you don’t need a lot of electricity, you don’t need a lot of light, so that it’s barely visible so that you don’t enter the door open, or can someone tell you the simplest scheme that will turn on the light by cotton or respond to sound like in the entrance, I think there’s no point in buying a fancy store, making it yourself seems cheaper will. But I’m not strong in electronics :) I need an understandable circuit for a narrow-minded person) Or maybe put some kind of diode instead of a light bulb, but as far as I know, he doesn’t take 220, you also need to solder somehow)

Instead of a switch, we install this sensor:

There is a reaction to both movement and sound. Everything is configurable.

I made a simple nightlight from cutting an LED strip (3 LEDs) and a dollar "USB charge" (I pasted a piece of tape on one side of the "charge" and soldered the wires directly to the power inside the case - you can use USB if you wish).
Another option is to simply use the LED strip as an illuminator, but plug in a PWM "dimmer" to control it. At the minimum PWM filling, it will barely shine, and it will consume little.
Well, or you can plug LEDs into all sockets and switches. If they do not stick out, no complicated parts will need to be used - only a quenching resistor. Let's say, if you calculate for 1mA, then the consumption of each "point" will be 220mW (although the efficiency will be very low - about 1%). To increase the efficiency, you will have to use a pulsed LED driver, and this is already more complicated and much more expensive.
Yes, based on this dollar "USB charge", a couple of cheap field-effect transistors, several resistors, a photoresistor and a "motion sensor", you can make an automatically switched on emergency lighting that will work only during the day and only when someone walks past the sensor.

An ordinary candle ... costs 15 rubles, enough for a couple of nights.

The simplest, cheapest and most effective solution is to buy a 3W LED light bulb and screw it in instead of the regular one. Turned on and forgot. Lights up like a 25W incandescent bulb. Enough not to get killed in the hallway. No hassle with soldering, tapes, power supplies, etc.
Another solution is to put "through switches" - one at one end of the corridor, the other at the second. The light is switched on and off by either of the two.
