nic.ru dns servers not responding

and mail.ru has no connection - they do not accept mail from domains served by ns3-l2.nic.ru:

searched the Internet, no one writes anything ... strange
The problem is only with me, google and mail.ru? :-)
has anyone seen the information? when will they fix?

Called them. They say they are doing it, when they fix it, they don't tell.
