Ngjit - what is the seventh wonder of the world?

Good afternoon evening.
Sometimes I look through the headers of sites with my hands out of interest, what is connected there, how it works, and so on.
Often I notice such a thing as ngjit .
So, I understand that you can change the name of the server in the source files. But there are more than one sites on this web server, I met more than a dozen.
As I understand it, this is nginx with JIT compilation?
PS On the Internet, I did not find any information on it, at all.
