Why is no one using G-WAN?

Hey!
Looked at the G-WAN web server . Judging by the description, a good and simple web server. But there is little information about him on the Internet. Why doesn't anyone use it, while everyone prefers Nginx or Apache?
PS: The question for me is rather idle than having practical application, because I am an iOS developer.

Gwan is not suitable for production at all and there are many reasons for this: poor support for various distributions, unrealistic prices for support, complexity of settings and a complete lack of debugging.

1. Perhaps I will open America to you, but there are still many of them (more common than G-WAN) besides nginx and Apache.
Including "faster" ones for certain tasks.
MS IIS, lighttpd, Resin, cherokee, thttpd, etc., etc.
Most of these servers are free and have large communities.
And G-WAN is somehow no different among them. Except perhaps a narrow handful of tasks.
To take babulesiki, you need to prove yourself with something, for example, nginx promoted itself for many years before they began to take loot for support.
2. Actually, G-WAN positions itself as an "application server", what does Apache and nginx have to do with it? But there are also alternatives to application servers. True, there are more and more paid. But there are also free or cheap ones. For example, powerful Tomcat or JBoss (although they cannot be called fast).
