I bought a server, installed the vesta panel with the nginx + php-fpm package.
Domain in Cyrillic and all links too.
So everything works, but pictures that contain Cyrillic in 404 opens and does not load on the site.
Where to dig, how to fix it?

Somewhere the encoding is not the same as everywhere else.
