nginx limit. what to do?

Hello. There are 13 thousand items of goods + photos in excel. I want to import everything, but within 10-15 minutes I get an nginx limit error (connection interrupted). Don't tell me what to do? Hosting is on beget. There was an idea to create a LAN, then upload all the goods there and then reupload back to the hosting but with the goods. I wrote to technical support, they said 2 times that they included the maximum limit, but still gave an error. What tell me? Thanks in advance!

1. Run your migrator through the console. Beget, if memory serves, has ssh.
2. Run your migrator locally with uploading images (or whatever you have there) immediately to the hosting + immediately write to the database on the hosting (if it can be configured to look outside)
3. Remake your migrator so that it remembers where he stopped, and if he started it again, he continued to work, and did not start over.
