VPN JUNOS PULSE and broadcast local traffic, how?

Good day.
There is a task:
1. Connect to a remote Oracle database via VPN (JUNOS PULSE v5.0).
2. Transfer information to computers in the local network.
OS: Win7 x86
When I turn on the VPN, all traffic is transmitted through it, even ping to local machines does not go.
Tried to add route - do not care.
Please tell me how to win.
