nginx image_filter on windows?

Hi friends. There is a need to dynamically resize pictures (ad previews). I have location rules for resize ala,
mysite.ru/resize/100-100/path/to/image.png
but my local development is on windows, and the nginx build for win does not contain the image_filter module . Somewhere I saw a manual on how to rebuild nginx for Windows with this module, but now I can’t find it.
Help me find, or advise, how can it be easier to do this, without reassembly? I am using openserver.
