How to run a Django nginx uwsgi site?

I set everything up according to this article https://www.digitalocean.com/community/tutorials/h... but when I start it, I get Welcome to nginx!
1 time it worked for me, but I didn’t even understand why, I had to restart it (I made it visible on the Internet). Can anyone tell me what could be and how to start it)
