It is necessary to prohibit access to everything except links of this kind. Tokens are always changing.

Ну во-первых: это не javascript, а фреймворк jQuery, на чистом javascript все было бы гараздо сложней, все таки стоит различать.
Возможно еще поможет api.jquery.com/toggleClass , ну или рецепт из первого комментария

You are adding a class to one element and trying to remove it from another. Is that how it's intended?
