There is a server on vultr.com with one site. Attendance is zero, server load too.
According to the data from the chrome console on a regular picture in jpeg format, 16Kb in size
Request sent - 0.28 ms
Waiting (TTFB) - 146 ms (for other files it can be 200 and 300 ms)
Content Download - 8 ms
How much is real and how to reduce Waiting (TTFB)?

Europe should not be more than 90 before Moscow time, 60 numbers are not uncommon

How many of those 146 are in an SSL handshake started from scratch? And what's wrong with one-eighth of a second?
