OctoberCMS+Nginx, combined styles are not loaded by the browser, what is the reason?

Merged the project on OctoberCMS from the repository.
Nginx does not want to display styles in any way.
Chrome writes - "Resource interpreted as Stylesheet but transferred with MIME type text/html: " https://example.test/combine/31bf092dab0286a768e84... ".
Has anyone come across?
