nginx error when importing woocommerce products?

Hello. I am doing the import of goods on a test hosting in woocommerce. When trying to start the import, it gives an error
502 Bad Gateway
nginx/1.14.1
If you refresh the page, then the import seems to start, but the progress line is at zero, so the import does not go.
Has anyone come across? What can be wrong?
