nginx connection refused?

UPD: Nothing is output to the browser, neither plain text nor php output, requests are visible in
access_log UPD1: Added:

Earned
Doesn't load nginx, writes connection refused
Firewall is disabled.

Does it start at all? systemctl status nginx Are you checking
against the same address that is specified in listen?
Is this a home provider? They cut port 80. no NAT?
If you specify listen :80, is it available at 127.0.0.1:80?
