Network scanning by means of Windows. Are there MFPs available?

Good afternoon. We have a relatively small network.

The entire network is built on Microsoft solutions.
The task was to buy a medium-sized MFP to replace several printers. It was decided to try the scheme of one large MFP in the corridor, instead of several in the office. All this is undoubtedly good, but there is a desire to scan from the device directly to the user's mail, or his network folder. (All user data is stored online, it is possible).

Naturally, there are many solutions to this problem, from self-written scripts for Linux (which we also have) to using ABBYY Recognition Server software. However, for reasons of saving on software (after all, we are honest), I would like to use Distributed Scan Management in Windows 2008 R2.
However, a quick study of the Microsoft site and a request to our suppliers of compatible MFPs baffled me. Now I’ll start looking for everything from scratch, but maybe someone has already implemented something similar, or implemented another solution and is very pleased with it, share the information.

An MFP is also optimally searched for, up to 100 thousand rubles. I would very much like to see:

Lan interface
printing over the network
printing over the network with a password (i.e. confidential documents, do not print until you enter a one-time password)
scanning over the network directly from the device (approached, introduced himself, you received a folder \ e-mail \ in SED).

MFP software:
www.canon.ru/For_Home/Product_Finder/Multifunctionals/Laser/i-SENSYS_MF5940dn/
Goes online, prints over the network, scans directly to email.
Password printing was not required.

From what I had to serve, the most convenient was Xerox
with a touchscreen that shows folders ( FTP )
Type Xerox Phaser 3635MFP / S market.yandex.ru/model.xml?modelid=2322538&hid=138608
You can configure the rights by departments.
We raise ftp to the file server, we start 1 user for the MFP.
In the folder under each department there is a subfolder: \scan or \scan\XP3635
There are also more powerful devices such as Xerox WorkCentre 5230.
There is also Xerox WorkCentre 5020/DN and so on. without display.
These have scanned to an internal mailbox in the machine's disk. The user presses the scan button, the code of his box and let's go.
Then you need to download the utility from the workplace.
The utility must be installed for each user. Users up to 20 will go.
If more, then it's gemorno to support the infrastructure of this zoo.
I heard a lot and I want to try Kyocera.
I haven't heard of password printing.

For 5020 etc. (with mailboxes without display)
Mailbox in the machine, set up per user and configured (scan settings).
After that, it is difficult to mark the scanning parameters from the muzzle with the buttons.
If there is a stream of the same type of documentation, users are weak and there are not many of them, then it will be more convenient.
It's more like a working group like accounting.
