Network issues on Windows Server 2012R2. How to fix iScsiPrt and Tcpip errors?

Good afternoon!

Next situation: Windows Server 2012 R2. Connected iSCSI drives in the amount of 7 pieces.

For some time now, every 2 days the server stops opening new connections. It is impossible to open balls of other servers from it, Veeam Backup & Replication does not start - it cannot connect to the local server. Most often, RDP access is preserved, but sometimes it disappears. Heal with reboot.

A similar situation was when one of the previously disconnected LUNs was in the Reconnecting state. After this LUN was removed, there were no more problems. Now it has repeated, but there is no LUN in this state.

Errors in the event log:

iScsiPrt Event ID 1. Initiator failed to connect to the target. Target IP address and TCP Port number are given in dump data.

Tcpip Event ID 4231. A request to allocate an ephemeral port number from the global TCP port space has failed due to all such ports being in use.

I don’t understand where the specified dump data is. Please help or point me where to look.

In error 4231, everything is written for you. The port limit for opening a new connection has been exhausted.
