Network equipment for a small office: which solution to choose?

There are two offices in the same building. They are interconnected by a cable through the provider's network (i.e. you need to encrypt the traffic between these 2 offices, because there is no trust in the network).

The first office has a wired network for 10 computers. The second office also has a network for 10-15 computers, but via Wi-Fi.

Each office comes with cable internet. The Internet and each local office subnet cannot be connected to the same network.

I would like some kind of hardware solution that will perform the following tasks:
1) connect two offices together and organize traffic encryption
2) in each office get Internet from a separate cable coming from the provider, and distribute it to all computers on the network of this particular office
3) the hardware should allow editing files via samba (for example) with authorization and access control
4) the hardware should be able to be a web server with a MySQL database and support 10-20 people working simultaneously

PS At the moment I would not want to use regular servers on Linux . I want standalone pieces of iron that are easy to set up and maintain.

Something like this will solve the problem: catalog.onliner.by/qnap/qnapts419p/ ?

PPS It is highly desirable that this can be bought in Minsk.

VPN solves such problems. You can combine grids into one with encryption.
There are pieces of iron for VPN connections just for this (Ipsec, OpenVPN, etc.). The price range is very large and depends on the load.
For a normal computer, there are open source systems, for example, pfsense . You can, for example, put a small computer on mini-itx and run the whole thing there. A specialized piece of iron is usually more productive, but also much more expensive.

1. I support the previous proposal for Pfsense.
2. If he does not suit you, then look towards Zentyal. despite the fact that the solution is based on Linux (Ubuntu), it is controlled entirely through the Web interface (there is even a Russian one). There is a VPN, and Samba and a proxy. There is even an option to deploy MySQL as well.
