Network and power cables to the apartment. Will they fit? Who is better to buy?

Hello!
I am renovating my apartment. It is necessary to choose network and power cables (220V) for the needs of an ordinary modern person.
1. For network stopped on twisted pair sftp cat 5e. Will it fit? Can you tell me a good manufacturer?
2. Under the electrician, I think, take two copper wires with a cross section of 2.5mm (for a 4mm plate). Will it fit? Are there any specifics here? Where do you recommend to take?
Thanks in advance.
UPD:
Thanks everyone!
Something no one appreciated sftp. What should be next to utp so that interference interferes with work?

In my apartment I have the cheapest utp cat5e (copper, although aluminum will do), shvvp 3x2.5 for sockets and 3x1.5 for light, all in the same strobes. Don't forget coax for TV, you never know. An apartment is not the case when you need to carefully choose a weak current

1. If you do not touch the connectors, then consumer goods like REXANT will do, which suffer from low manufacturing accuracy of the connectors, if you touch it, the contact disappears, the very quality of the twisted pair cable depends little on the price, unlike thinner cables, USB and headphones.
2. The cross section is selected according to the current strength, 16 A per socket and 4 A per lamp cartridge, VVG wire is more convenient for long-term wiring, that is, from single-core wires, it is more convenient to insert it into the terminals, but it is more convenient to strip PVA, a stripper for PVA is cheaper , the number of cores is better than 3, even if there is no grounding, it is better to make a zeroing, this is not only protection, but also against interference from switching power supplies.

1. If you laid it once, crimped it into sockets and don’t touch it anymore, and it’s dry in the rooms, absolutely any vitukha, even copper-plated, will do.
2. VVGng or even VVGng-ls. THREE cores. 3x1.5 for light, 3x2.5 sockets, 3x4.0 for stove and water heater. The specificity here is that manufacturers steal copper. A cable with a declared cross section of 2.5 can easily turn out to be 2.2-2.3.

Electrician VVGng 3 * 2.5 is unambiguous (3 * 4 is 37 amperes, it seems. Your meter will burn out earlier), you can take a cross section of 1.5 into the light, but usually it’s lazy to pull bundles of wires for everyone, so they power sockets and lighting from one machine so everywhere 2.5 (not much more expensive). Better for each room a separate email. pull the net. On the network wire, do not bother, a friend has about 110 meters of the cheapest twisted pair cable from the provider's equipment to his router and everything works.

For an ordinary apartment - VVGng 3x1.5 lighting is like this https://cable-ok.com.ua/kabel-vvg-p-ng-3kh15-gal-kat/ and for VVGng 3x2.5 sockets this https://cable- ok.com.ua/kabel-vvg-p-ng-3kh25-gal-kat/ and if you need to power a stove or boiler there, we take VVGng 3x4 or 3x6, depending on what load.
