When switching the layout to English in the IDE, it still writes in Russian (it happens the other way around). Those. does not respond to keyboard switching. Has anyone come across?

This problem has been at least 2 years old. The problem is related to the fact that Windows remembers the layout for each window, and as far as I remember, Java does not digest it very well. The same problem exists in Phpstorm. I haven't found a solution yet. The task is not trivial.
On the Internet, I met only one solution that, although it helps, but not for everyone - install PuntoSwitcher.
