NES emulator running in W7x64?

Are there any proven programs?
I found several by searching, but one emulator did not start, the second was terribly slow, in the third the keys were bound to aliens from Mars and for some reason were not reassigned, and it’s sooo uncomfortable to play spread fingers all over the keyboard.

Nestopia definitely works, even works under Vine.
