Need to sound software

You need to have a few thousand phrases in English.

Can this be automated with speech synthesis programs?

In particular, how can you rob Google Voice? Interested in the process of capturing sound. Maybe Linux.

Well, or just advise software. Karma.

Thank you.

Choose any suitable engine and use: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Comparison_of_speech_synthesizers
There is a good eSpeak engine , it can work from the command line and save what was said to a file.

Technically, it's like nothing complicated. Here you can read how this is done using Windows, though as far as I understand it will not work for all sound cards. There are also a bunch of progs that write video from the screen, for sure the sound is not a problem for them.
But to be honest, I'm more concerned about the licensing side of the issue.
