Are there speech-to-text services other than google and yandex?

Not so long ago (in 2014), Yandex announced its analogue of google speech. Today, going to the page, I found out that you can’t use it for free. Are there open source products/projects in this direction?

The most popular is probably CMU Sphinx. For the Russian language, training is needed on a very large sample (it is written that it will take about a month to train).
