Need to set up a proxy through a gateway for 50-60 computers?

Good afternoon!
It is necessary to set up a proxy server, by ip + mac (transparent proxy - through the gateway)
in a network of about 50-60 computers.
Tell me some inexpensive or free solution.
The solution was ideal - replacing the modem's ip-address with an ip-computer with a configured proxy,
so as not to run through all 50-60 computers.
It would be desirable that this solution be on windows

Any proxy is set, depending on the functionality and target platform. Under Linux, the most famous is squid or 3proxy. Transparency is achieved through NAT on the gateway.

Windows + routing service (routing and remote access) on a machine with Internet access, + if you want a proxy, that is, squid under windows. IP substitution is possible if you cascade proxies.
maybe the task is set like this: you need to change ip, instead of our provider, put the left one? Then vpn through a third party server will solve this problem.
Replacing the modem address with the address of the computer, I understand it should look like this: we plug the provider cable into the computer (better all the same with linux), assign the provider's settings on the interface. to another interface (and it would be nice if there were two of them), we assign the modem address. There is no need to reconfigure anything. You know that you can implement automatic distribution of network settings via dhcp. Then in the future you won’t have to run around reconfiguring 60 jobs
