Why does a paid proxy fail?

I connected a proxy on my mobile phone in the Drony application. The day the proxy worked fine, and then it crashed. On the sites it showed the IP of the country that was needed, but in the application the geo remained Russian, and the native IP was shown in the search engine.
What to do with it?
