Hello! Installed a chat service chatbro on the site. Changed everything as needed. Chat is loaded via JS, not frame.
To write on behalf of the admin (that is, the Admin icon appeared next to it), you need to go to the chatbro account. And I want the Admin icon to appear when I write from an account on my site. How can I do that?
For authorization in chatbro, you need to go through the social network, i.e. the chat will display the first and last name in the social network, and I want the name of my account on my site to be displayed instead of the first and last name. I didn't find it
in the documentation .
