Need help with building a chart in ms excel?

Let's say there is a graph for certain data that is added every day.
There is also a number of other numbers. You need to display the largest or last (in this case it is the same) number of these data on the graph (as a number) . Optionally on the coordinate axis itself.
How to do it?
If this is not possible, then...
Let another graph be built using these data. Is it possible for the last point on this graph to always be with a callout (i.e. with a numeric value)?
