Need help setting up wifi radio link

I’m not sure that Habr is a place for such announcements, but to be honest, I don’t know where else to find competent specialists for a little non-gratuitous help.

Help is needed in optimizing and configuring a 5ghz wifi radio link in the nearest suburbs using mikrotik equipment (i.e. everything is already installed, but it works unrealistically terribly).
Assistance is required in the radio part, ranging from choosing the location of the antennas, consultations during installation (assistance in the physical installation is not required), calibration and ending with tuning the Mikrotik radio settings.
Unfortunately, in Russia, the construction of such channels is not a very common thing, and really knowledgeable specialists are extremely shallow. And knowledge is required starting from knowledge of the radio component (the physics of radio wave propagation, etc.), ending with the features of WiFi settings - there are a lot of them, especially for Mikrotik.
