Need help setting bios. (The system does not start from the correct disk)?

There is an old server (but quite working), it was necessary to install ubuntu server on it. The installation from the usb-HDD was successful, but now, when the computer boots, the system does not start from the hdd I need.
Comes to

Verifying DMI pool data...
and that is all.
The hard drive is connected to the primary master (the jumper on the screw is on the master) and is seen by the bios

Nothing else is connected to the system, no other hdd, no cd, no usb devices
In the boot settings, I tried all possible options - but the result is the same.

I booted from live-cd - the hard drive is visible, it is broken, everything is fine on it.
I sin on the wrong bios setting and ask for your help with this.
