Need an Open Source mail server + GUI with support for folder distribution using rules, who can tell?

I want to raise my mail server. Once I did this, but now I'm going to raise one to use as the main one.
The main feature, besides directly receiving and sending the mail that I need, is the distribution of mail into folders, since there can be a lot of it.
For example, if the sender contains @github.com - push to the GitHub folder .
I found two sane WebMails: Roundcube (prettier after I last used it, got to version 1.0) and Mailpile (new, immediately focused on security, supports OpenPGP out of the box).
But the question is that we need such a GUI that will allow, for example, a web interface, to set simple rules and, according to them, distribute incoming mail to dozens of folders, and so that it does not look in the style of the 90s, but decently.
In principle, as the client suits Thunderbird, distribution by folders is necessary.
It would be ideal to install a single package that, with dependencies, will configure and deploy the finished solution.

iRedmail (Roundcube face). Isn't it possible to scatter letters through filters? As far as I remember, there is such functionality.
Zimbra . A very powerful harvester and functional, as a result, heavy, think several times whether you need it.
This is how it's done in Zimbra :

Mail filtering must occur on the server. Any modern server (for example, postfix) supports the Sieve protocol, through which filters are managed. Mail clients (for example, Roundcube) support this protocol and allow you to configure filters. So the task of filtering has nothing to do with the GUI.
