Hello.
As I can see.

For those who have registered, two options are available. The first is to upload videos, the second is to watch and download them. For uploaded, successfully verified content, the user receives payment. The video in the catalog is displayed as a pair of screenshots and a description. The user should also be able to buy the video (pay, and then get access to view or download). Part of this payment goes to the user who uploaded the video, and part goes to the owner of the resource.

Is there anything like this in nature in a more or less finished form (albeit with the need to modify it), or will it have to be sculpted from scratch?
