Need an alternative to 20+ virtual machines?

There is one program that uses the SetCursorPos function, due to which the operating system cannot be used while the application is running. The program worked quietly on a virtual machine, but now there is a need to run several copies. 20 pieces and possibly more. I think it's stupid to create 20+ virtual machines for the sake of an 80kb console utility.

I couldn't find a solution, need help.
