There is a blog. You need to attach a comfortable and beautiful gallery to it. It is desirable to implement this business without being tied to the blog engine (WordPress). A separate /photo directory is created and when going to it, users should see albums located in Picasa and be able to comment on photos through OpenID (Loginza). Something similar to this .

There are ready-made blanks. Here is the famous gallery Gallery 2 codex.gallery2.org/Gallery2 :Download - it even integrates into some cms.

Beautiful, convenient, fast, plug-ins in stock, integrated into WP. But I'm not sure about Picasa and OpenID.
